Heaven that should've matter
When the cloud begin darken, I started mutter
“Tuesday wasn’t friend of mine, they’re a hater”
A bell ringin, it’s a comrade named Chester
Whispering me a disaster
Not so long, come a news from radio broadcaster.
A flood about to coming, overflowing all the gutter.
No one seen a Mayor, damn they’re a sucker.
A woman came, her pretty eyes seem unbothered.
Chatting for a while, then ask a chef for a Beef Platter
She prefer a seafood, then order a Oyster.
What a polite and sweet talking, she keep calling me “mister”.
We talk a lot, not knowing its been an hours.
She’s kind of cute, owned a pet otter named Roger.
It’s a lovely night, better than other.
To bad, something bothered her.
It’s a call from her sister
She worried, cause its all she mattered.
Rushing out from the dinner,
Before that, she tell me a treasure.
A wonderfull sentence, “my name is Ester”.

Bonnie’s Grave
A Tall bearded gentleman sit
beside of me,
With opened hand, a firm
handshake, he’s no one enemy.
We traded a few sentence, until
he dropped a tear.
He confesed “My mind wasn’t very clear.”
Telling he done a sin.
Used to be drunker, always making
a scene.
Drink night til day, until his
wallet went dry
Recklessly living, until one
evening, someone died.
Blood covering his hand, a red
from someone he love more than any.
Her name engraved in tomb, a
lovely lady, “Bonnie”.
